winter treats

Outside our window sun and snow are playing hide and seek

Inside the burrow I am taking comfort in piecing blocks and eating chocolates.. Mice seem to think candied strawberries are the best kind of medicine for winter chills.,

a certain king needs his daily sweet roll at 3'o clock everyday and a wayward wolf likes a sheep or two for his afternoon treat.

How do you prefer your winter time snack? A turnip won't do, right?! I am guessing jams or jellies on a buttery scone with sweet sweet herbal teas  :`)

Hope you had a yummy start into the New Year and have great plans to fill the blank pages of 2014. Warmest wishes and hugs for a peaceful and happy year.. ( * V * )

You make the cutest blocks! Soft colors + adorable fussy cuts = pratima's sweetest handwork! Simply perfect!

Wishing your year is filled with lots of happy stitching time! With love from California, xoxo

I just cannot wait to see this piece sewn together! I think that you are having too much fun with the cuteness, if that is possible! How I love your work.
